Description:
The project activities are a continuation of the already implemented project Integration of the Biology Centre CAS in the European Research Area, in the call OP VVV 02_16_028 Development of capacities for research and development, reg. no. CZ.02.2.69/0.0/0.0/16_028/0006247. Within this project, a strategic approach to the development of the whole institution was set up. While dealing with the GAP analysis and gaining new experience and knowledge during the project implementation, new possibilities, and approaches to enhance the support of the institution's excellence emerged.
Objectives:
- To set the strategic management of the research organisation in line with the terms of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
- Strategic setting and development of human resources, gender equality and governance of the research organisation.
- As part of this key activity, a Mentoring section has been created on the BC website.
- Strategic setup and development of the internal evaluation of the research organization.
- Strategic setting and development of international R&D cooperation and internationalisation of the research organisation.
- As part of this key activity, a Guide for Expats section was created on the English version of the BC website.
- Strategic setting and development of inter-sectoral cooperation and technology transfer.
- Strategic setting and development of R&D popularization.
