The exhibition Science Photogenic presents the best photographs from the annual competition of scientific images by the staff of the Czech Academy of Sciences from all over the Czech Republic. The presented images point primarily to the artistic and aesthetic dimension of scientific work and invite viewers into imaginative worlds that are not normally observable with the naked eye or are difficult to access for the general public. The exhibition thus offers a unique opportunity to look at reality through the eyes of scientists. Among the winning images there are also works by researchers from the Biology Centre of the CAS in České Budějovice.
The opening of the exhibition will take place on Monday, 18 November at 17:00.
