In case your employment contract at the BC is connected to a doctoral study programme at the University of South Bohemia, you may be accommodated in the USB dormitories. Rents are not utterly expensive as in the capital (Prague), but the price obviously depends on disposition, location, equipment, parking spot included etc. Check current prices at official websites of real estate companies listed below.
