I am Libelje Mortier, a biologist who recently graduated as a Master of Science in global change ecology. My PhD research explores the remarkable diversity of tropical fungi and their relationship with the environment. I am particularly interested in ecosystem dynamics, climate change mitigation, and the protection and restoration of nature.
