Objective of my research are aerobic methanotrophic bacteria in the water column of diverse aquatic habitats. As part of my doctoral studium I focused on the activity and ecology of these microorganisms along the River Elbe, from its beginning in the Giant Mountains towards to the North Sea. 1998 - 2002: První české gymnázium in Karlovy Vary (high school)
