The nursery MOTÝL – Butterfly has completed the first months of successful operation. In April 2015 funding from the Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme ended. The nursery operation was subsequently supported by the Czech Academy of Sciences. Parents can therefore continue to benefit from the provision of childcare services within the full scope and under good financial conditions.

Facility capacity: 12 children (8 for the Biology Centre, 4 for the University of South Bohemia)
Admission conditions:

• At least one parent is employed at the Biology Centre of the Czech Academy of Sciences in at least a 50% part-time capacity.

• Child age: at least 1 year.

• Further admission conditions are defined in the “Criteria for Admission of Children of Employees of the Biology Centre of the Czech Academy of Sciences into the nursery MOTÝL – Butterfly “ document.

Price of placement of one child (without meals): CZK 3,000 child/month for full-day regular attendance.
The price will be reduced proportionally in the case of limited part-time attendance.
