Objectives
To establish and properly use management infrastructure for project realization.
Description of work
It is understood that project management is an essential activity that guarantees communication flows, project follow-up (project progress control and planning), decision making procedures, dissemination management, the quality of results management, possible networking and interaction with related national and/or European projects, management and supervision of daily administration of the project including logistic tasks.
This WP is structured into four tasks:

All tasks are covering internal project management (through the Management Committee and the Scientific Advisory Council).
