  • Consulting on identifying potentially protectable research outcomes
  • Assisting in deciding on the appropriate form of protection (patents, utility models, copyrights, trademarks)
  • Coordinating patent applications and collaborating with patent attorneys
  • Managing and monitoring the organization’s intellectual property portfolio

• Commercialization of Research Results

  • Assessing the commercial potential of scientific outcomes
  • Identifying potential commercial partners and investors
  • Supporting negotiations for licensing and technology transfer agreements
  • Assisting in the establishment of spin-off and start-up companies

• Support for Collaboration with Industry and the Public Sector

  • Connecting researchers with relevant industry partners
  • Negotiating licencing and collaboration agreements (research contracts, licences, NDAs, MTAs etc.)

  • Organizing training sessions and seminars on intellectual property, licensing, and technology transfer

• Support in Negotiations and Legal Aspects of Technology Transfer

  • Drafting and reviewing agreements related to technology transfer
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in knowledge transfer

  • Developing technology transfer strategies aligned with the organization’s research goals
