From Vienna International Airport (Austria): Bus and train approx. 42 Euro, travel duration 4.5 hours. You can also take a shuttle bus from the airport to the center of České Budějovice.
Transportation from Prague to České Budějovice:
- by train: you can take the "Airport Express" bus to the main railway station and than continue by direct train to České Budějovice, Train connections
- by bus: Most international coaches to Prague terminate at the Florenc bus terminal, which is about 1.5 km or one metro station by line "C" to the main railway station.
The boarding place for Student Agency Buses from Prague to České Budějovice is Prague "Na Knížecí" close to metro station "Anděl"; despite its name, these buses are not only for students.
